The Best Oklahoma has to Offer

The November 11, 2017, gala will feature a meal by Jeff Denton, chef and owner of TS Fork in Tonkawa. Chef Denton was awarded a Silver Plate Award in 2016 by the International Foodservice Manufacturers Association, and is the first chef from Oklahoma to receive this honor.

TS Fork is a “farm to fork” restaurant, featuring the best local ingredients in a business casual dinner setting (reservations required).

In addition to a special “made in Oklahoma” meal, guests will enjoy bidding on specialty experiences, destinations and an array of Oklahoma-produced items at our live and silent auction events.
